Austin is a weird town, but it has opened its arms in welcome for the handsome and charismatic Britisher, Keaton Fortune Whitfield. His only bone of contention is the adorable and beautiful waitress at Lola May seems to be completely immune to his charm.

Francesca Harriman has been in relationships that had diminished her true self. So she promises to herself that the Londoner with his dreamt accent and slate-blue eyes will not melt her heart. She just never realised that the heart wants what it wants.

A sweet and charmig romance between the two well detailed and personable characters definitely goes a long way. The plot is endearing, and the whole fascination for British and Texan accent makes it charming and humorous. For a simple plot that has no twists and turn (though I was hoping for some grains of drama), it is imperative to maintain the simplicity while ensuring balance. The author was thankfully able to maintain that consistently with her smooth flow of narration and charm. I was especially glad that cloud lust was thankfully kept minimal; it definitely helped in bringing out more details to clarity.

My opinion: Sweet and refreshing. No negatives that will stop you from enjoying.

My rating: 3.5 out of 5
