Addison Cobalt has spent her life in a protective bubble; its ironic that she co-owns a security company. She craves independence more than anything. So naturally when she learns about her potentially volatile stalker, she tried to keep her partner out of the loop. Logan Dane defines protective, bossy and sexy, and she knows that he will try to take control of the situation and her. She might crave the safety of Logan’s body, but she is not willing to give up her independence or her secrets.

Review:

Thankfully the elements of action and drama kept the plot from becoming traditional injured-guy-running-from-love scenario. A stalker has always a way of turning the plot around. Though the anticlimax and the ending was pretty predictable, the highs and lows of the plot with a well defined, balanced and involved characters helped in keeping my attention till the end. Both the lead characters are fun to get to know and the involvement of the secondary characters points towards intresting prequels and sequels. The language and narrative style complimented each other and helped in. Ringing out the best in the characters and the plot.

I did not see the co-relation between using this title and cover image to depict a plotline that has more thrilling elements beyond the obvious sex and charm.

My opinion: Quick and Fun, though it is definitely upto reader’s discretion and choice.

My rating: 3 out of 5
