The story is about a regular girl who finds her Prince charming in the form of an Elvis impersonator and is going to walk down the aisle in three days to the world of happily-ever-after. Except, the usual wedding glitches are not what she has to face in the road to ever after. Will all her dreams and hopes at one quirky stroke of love?

This was truly a disappointing book to start on after a week of break from reading. While the description of the book definitely intrigued me enough to ask for a review, the quirky cover followed the main story line into disappointment.

The two main characters – Bailey Ventura and Carter Davis. do not make much of an impact when it comes to their romance or chemistry. While the plot was filled with potential, the lack of character development failed to convey the whole story. More than the two lead characters, the secondary characters actually helped me in finishing the whole book. The language was simple enough which could have helped the plot in progressing better than what it was.

My opinion:

The whole book gave an air of half-hearted attempt at romance mixed with a bit of adventure. Not at all advised

My rating: 2 out of 5
